labour Day Celebration

No work is big or small’, with this theme Labour Day was celebrated in SNS Vidya Mandir.
To commemorate the International Labour Day and to appreciate and thank the selfless service of the labour, who work with full dedication and ensure the hygiene,work and security, school organised "A Special Assembly".Harman of class IX shared her views and history of the International Labour Day.
The celebration continued with a medley based on "Child Labour" performance by the students of different classes, which was appraised by all. A skit which was also based on the theme Stop Child Labour was enacted by the students of class IV and V. The purpose was to make the students aware of the dignity of the labour. A group song 'Mazdoor Zindabaad' sung by the girls of the school. The students distributed some eatables and sweets among the labourer and worker staff of the school. At the end Principal Ms. Puneet Kaur briefed about the importance of the day and the contribution of workers in making of Nation.
