Lohri Celebration

Lohri is the harvest festival of Punjab, famously known as the bread-basket state of India. Thus, people residing in Punjab attach a great significance to Lohri, the festival of feasts and foods. This harvest festival is celebrated to mark both celebrating and sharing. Keeping this in mind the students of SNS Vidya Mandir ,Jammu were taken in by air of festivity during Lohri celebration. The day began by creating awareness among the students about the significance of the most-awaited Punjabi festival. Principal Ms. Puneet Kaur congratulated all and dwelled on the importance of such festivals.
