SNS VIDYA MANDIR SHINES IN 23rd NATIONAL ROPE SKIPPING CHAMPIONSHIP.
"DON'T GIVE UP HOPE, YOU GO AHEAD LIFE IS LIKE A JUMP ROPE".
Nine students of SNS VIDYA MANDIR took part in National level Rope Skipping competition held by Rope Skipping Federation of India, event held at Talkatora Stadium Delhi from 17th to 19th October 2022.
In the championship nearly 1000 students from 18 states including union territories participated where RAJVEER from SNS VIDYA MANDIR clinched the BRONZE MEDAL in U/11 age category (event- one leg switch single bounce 30 seconds).
The championship provided a perfect platform to participants to showcase their performance and hone their skills. The main aim of the tournament was to provide all round fitness and extraordinary skills to the students.
Students participated in this competition with full enthusiasm and displayed their talent of rope skipping by performing different movements with the help of rope. It was a remarkable display of sportsmanship by students.
The effort of these students are appreciated and applauded by Principal Ms NEETU GUPTA, physical education teacher Mr. ABHIMANYU CHOPRA and all the staff of SNS Vidya Mandir.
Principal Ms NEETU GUPTA said- SNS is proud to have been able to provide students opportunity to compete and showcase their skills. Sports is only one way of being active and it’s usually done at particular times on particular days. Teens should get physical activity throughout the day, everyday. Sports help to provide stimulus for competitive spirit in a positive manner. Rajveer is able to win this honour because of his perseverance and hardwork. His achievement has made SNS Vidya Mandir proud.
