4s Activity( Service Skill Sport Study)

SERVICE: Student of IV and V class visited the nearby slum areas along with their teachers to spread preventive measures in different seasons focusing on common ailments and diseases which these areas are prone to face due to the change in weather condition time to time. They also donated warm clothes among them.
SKILL: The students of classes VI, VII and IX of the school enjoyed the day by enthusiastically taking part in "FIRE LESS COOKING". The competition was not only organized for students to enjoy, but it was more like a fun-learning package. Here the participant prepared eatables without using the fire. So the participants served plates of sandwiches,salads,rools and many more.
SPORT: In SNS Vidya Mandir School sports and games curriculum are an integral and compulsory part of the education process. Sports help to build character and teach the importance of discipline in life. It inculcates a respect for rules and allows the students to learn the value to self-control. Keeping in view indoor games are played by the students of class III and II in which they played Tic Tac Toe, word building etc. They enjoyed a lot.
STUDY: In today’s world of E-mails, social networking and advanced mode of communications, students are not aware of post cards or sending letters. After brief discussion on the various means of communication, their importance and role in today’s world, the children were motivated to write a message on Post Card to their loved ones.
